Tables and Chairs Setups

General Services has an assortment of tables and chairs available for use: we have 8’ and 6’ folding tables, as well as 60” and 72” round folding tables. Our chairs come in a variety colors, including grey, tan, and blue.

We also offer other event-related items, such as coat racks, podiums and bistro tables.

The General Services Team receives service requests through the General Services Request Form scheduled according to availability.  If assistance is needed with your request, please email genserv@nd.edu.

Diagrams ensure more accurate setup and can be attached while completing the General Services Request Form.   If a diagram is not available at the time the request form is completed it can be emailed when available to genserv@nd.edu.
