General Services proudly provides a variety of services to support and maintain the campus community.

The General Services Team receives service requests through the General Services Request Form scheduled according to availability.  If assistance is needed with your request, please email

Requests are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Keep in mind, we experience busy times throughout the year (i.e. JPW, Alumni Reunion, Commencement, home football weekends and any other special event). This may lead to more time requested to complete your request.

When completing your request, please note the following key points needed to get your request scheduled:

  • All desks and cabinets need to be empty.
  • Make sure the lid of the box can close for ease of stacking and movement.
  • Please advise what type of desk it is (e.g. "L" shape that requires tools to dis-assemble).
  • We do not remove or hang pictures, white boards, cabinets, etc.
  • Date, Time and Location of the request is needed (delivery & pick up).
  • Accurate Contact Information.
  • Quantity and Size of General Services Inventory Requested.
  • Any Special Directions (e.g. times to set to avoid classes or if the event is outside - rain provisions). 

Please use the same General Services Request Form, as soon as possible, for any cancelations or changes.

Our inventory consists of:

  • 6ft and 8ft rectangle tables.
  • 54"(seats 7), 60"(seats 8), 66"(seats 9), and 72"(seats 10) round tables.
  • Folding chairs, podiums, and stage pieces.
  • Special event items such as padded chairs and serpentine tables.
