I have items/ materials I would like to be picked up and disposed of.  How do I initiate this process?

Campus Customers can submit their request by going to the Work Order Request Portal and selecting the Recycle/ Dumpster tile.  If the materials to be disposed of do not fall under the purview of ND Building Services or ND Recycling please submit your request directly through the General Services Request Form.

I have items/ materials I would like to be picked up and taken to ND Surplus Property.  How do I initiate this process?

Campus Customers can submit their request by going to the Work Order Request Portal and selecting the Surplus Property tile.  Once the materials to be collected have been approved by ND Surplus Property Management a request will be submitted through the General Services Request Form by ND Surplus Property Management.

I have furniture/ materials that needs to be relocated as part of an office/ lab move.  How do I initiate this process?

Campus Customers can submit their request by going to the Work Order Request Portal and selecting the Departmental Move tile or directly through the General Services Request Form.

I am planning an event that does not require General Services Inventory but does require setup and teardown support.  How do I initiate this process?

Campus Customers can submit their request by going to the Work Order Request Portal and selecting the Event tile or directly through the General Services Request Form.

Who can I follow up with regarding my General Services Service Request?

Follow up communication can be sent to the General Services Email Account: genserv@nd.edu.  Please include the Job Number in the Subject Line.  Additionally inquiries can be made through Alexander Eckrich General Services Manager : aeckrich@nd.edu, Office: 574.631.8368.  

Can I provide additional photos outside of the General Services Request Form?

Additional photos can be sent to the General Services Email Account: genserv@nd.edu.  Please include the Job Number in the Subject Line.

What can I do if I do not have a diagram for my event?

Building floorplans are acessable through the Campus GISND InVision Application.  To gain access you will need to coordinate with Tricia Bulson: tbulson@nd.edu from Notre Dame University Facilities Information.  Below are two examples of preferred diagrams created using the Invision Application.
